If I purchased an item today, when can I expect it to arrive? What method is used to ship it to me?
We are lucky enough to work with many manufacturers. Due to this large variety, shipping times and shipping methods will vary a good
deal depending on the item that you’ve purchased. To see a complete overview of each manufacturer’s shipping times and methods,

I want to purchase a shirt for my daughter, but I’m not sure what size to select. How should I make this decision?
On most of our pages you will find a sizing chart that can help you to decide on the size to purchase. We have included such charts
for all clothing items and for shoes. Look at the chart that’s available for the item that you desire to purchase and you should be
able to figure out what size to buy without any trouble.
I’ve decided on the item that I want to purchase. How do I confirm that it is available right now?
We strive to ensure that every item that we feature is available to our customers. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will
usually post a banner next to the item to let customers know that it is temporarily out of stock. If an item does not have a sign
next to it, but it is unavailable for more than a week for some reason, we will send an email notifying the customer.
How will I know what the warranty is on items that I buy at My Dear Child?
We work with many fine manufacturers and we stand by their warranty for all items. For more information about a specific warranty,
please visit the Shipping Page or call our Customer Service Representatives.
I returned an item. How and when will I be reimbursed?
Before returning any item, make sure speak to one of our Customer Service Representative and to obtain a
return authorization number. Once you have received this, and returned the item, it generally takes at least two weeks to process
the return from the time that we receive it in our office. If you’ve returned the item within 60 days of your purchase date on your
credit card, we will be able to credit the card directly. If you’ve returned the item more 60 days after the purchase, we will mail you a check.
Do items that require assembly come with instructions and all necessary parts?
Yes, of course. We strive to make your purchase an easy one and to ensure that you can use your purchase as soon as possible. Along
