Return and Exchange Policy
At My Dear Child, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you must return an item, we have a hassle-free return policy for your convenience.
Any item may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please call 1-888-883-5860, or email service@mydearchild.com to speak with a Tail of the Lion Customer Service Representative and to explain why you are returning the item. We strive, during the regular business week, to respond to all questions and to help with returns within 24 hours. Before returning any item, you must obtain a return authorization number from the Customer Service Representative and must include this number with your return.
When necessary, we reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on all returns that are not the result of damage or defect. At times, we may also charge a return shipping fee. We will certainly try to waive these fees whenever it is possible to do so.
If your return is as the result of damage or defect, the return will only be processed if it is in its original packaging and if it includes a photograph of the damage whenever possible.
