Shipping Methods

All of our items at MyDearChild.com are shipped straight from the manufacturers to the customer. Therefore, our shipping terms vary depending on the size of the item and the company that manufactured it. We use two different types of shipping, UPS and freight. We use UPS, in general, for smaller items and it usually costs less for small orders. We use freight shipping for large items and/or for large orders. In general, the larger the order is, the less the freight price will be in relation to the order price. Whether the order is sent through UPS or freight, items generally arrive within a few days of being shipped from the manufacturer. Return Policy: 15% restocking fee. Customer must provide pictures of the damaged parts in order to file a claim. Damaged Claims should be made with the transportation company. Once the customer has assembled the merchandise, we will not accept any claims. AFG Furniture forbids any returns on the basis of color matching problems.
